A native New Yorker, Debra has come a long way from her home in Staten Island. After raising two great kids, she and her husband headed south, moving to Franklin in 2005. Debra brought with her 27 years of experience working with animals when she joined Little House. Wearing many hats, possibly her most important job is spoiling patients in every way from the moment they first walk through the door.
Debra has rescued and bottle-raised many puppies and kittens over the years. In 2008, Deb rescued a 4 month old Pit Bull, named Roc, who is spoiled rotten and lives with his best friend, Lucky, who is also a rescue from the streets. Debra’s compassionate heart lies with Rottweilers and Pit Bulls. They are two of her favorite breeds because they are loving, loyal, and all around great dogs!
