Leah was born and raised in Franklin, TN. She joined the Little House team in 2011 while she was in college. After earning her degree in animal science from Berry College, she went on to earn a BSN from Belmont but quickly realized her heart was still with animals.
Leah still resides in the Franklin area with her husband, Andrew, and their two young boys. They share their small farm with the sweetest red heeler (Ursa), a barn cat (Jinx), 17 chickens, and 10 cows.
